I can not accept returns or issue refunds on customized or altered items beyond the point of being able to resell them. Just know what you want before you commit to the order.

SHIPPING for Already Made Items.

In stock items (pre-made) will ship within 24-48 hours via USPS service.

We may use the collected information occasionally to notify you about new products, promotions, and special offers that will benefit you. Colors/sizes
Remember that your browser may not always show true color. Due to variations in monitors, scanners, browsers,or dpi resolutions we cannot guarantee exact color matches with what you see on your screen or even with what you received from us in a previous order. We also cannot guarantee that colors of a different size will exactly match each other. Sizes can and will vary very slightly.

All of our items has their own personality. That is the beauty of this kind of articles.
Our items may look alike but none of them are equal. We try to make them exactly as in the picture but because they are hand crafted specially for you you will probably see some differences between the one in the picture and the one you received.
If you choose to use USPS as preferred mailing option, we can't control USPS shipping service transit times.

If your item need to be shipped overnight, buyer is responsible for the additional fee. Must rush orders do not require it and are fine with Priority Shipping. If you would like to place a RUSH order for our creations, please email us to inform us of your desired items and your deadline to ensure your demands can be met. We can usually work "miracles" but some demands can be more miraculous than we can pull off! so if your deadline is very short please email us firstcustomerservice@fairywingsboutique.com. We do occasionally have back to back large rush orders so feel free to contact us to ensure we can craft your beautiful items for your event.
